Infant Care Services & Center-Specific Policies

Mom’s Time acts as a booking platform and intermediary for infant care services. While we perform baseline verifications on all listed service providers, you acknowledge and agree that operational procedures—including but not limited to drop-off/pick-up windows, health and immunization requirements, illness isolation policies, feeding protocols, emergency medical procedures, and staff-to-infant ratios—vary by centre.

The chosen centre holds sole responsibility for the operational management, safety, and day-to-day care of your infant, strictly in accordance with that centre's own terms and conditions. By finalizing your booking, you agree to review and adhere to the individual rules, handbooks, and policies of your selected infant care provider centre. Mom’s Time is not liable for service rejections, operational disruptions, or disputes arising from a centre's fulfillment of its duties or a customer’s failure to comply with that specific centre's policy requirements.
