Account Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your account and associated data, please send a request to:

developer@momstime.com.my

Please include the email address associated with your account in your request.

What happens when your account is deleted?

Once your account deletion request has been processed:

• Your account will be permanently deleted.

• You will no longer be able to sign in to the app.

• Any vouchers or benefits associated with your account will be permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered.

• Associated account data will be removed from our systems, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.

Processing Time

We will process account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving and verifying the request.

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account has been deleted, it cannot be restored.
